Welcome to DUM KERAMIK. We’re delighted to guide you through a shopping experience that reflects the care and attention we put into every one of our pieces. To help ensure clarity and a smooth process, please take a moment to review the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information and Applicability
DUM KERAMIK AB, reg. no. 559498-7512, is a Swedish limited company headquartered at Heleneborgsgatan 14, SE-117 32 Stockholm, Sweden. Inquiries can be directed to studio@dumkeramik.com. These Terms apply to all sales of ceramic tableware, home decor, and art collectibles (the "Products") from DUM KERAMIK.
These Terms take precedence over any conflicting terms in customer-provided orders or documents, unless agreed upon in writing by an authorised DUM KERAMIK representative.
2. Ordering Process
Orders may be placed exclusively via our website, which provides real-time availability, pricing, and product details. Orders are binding once confirmed and fully paid.
→ Order Confirmation:
By accepting these Terms, a binding agreement is entered into between the customer and DUM KERAMIK upon confirmation of the customer’s order. Once an order is completed on DUMKERAMIK.COM, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In the event of errors or omissions in the order or pricing, DUM KERAMIK reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer promptly.
→ Order Changes:
Customers must request order modifications within 24 hours of order confirmation. Custom items are non-returnable and cannot be modified after purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on DUMKERAMIK.COM are in EUR (€). For EU customers, prices include Swedish VAT. For customers outside the EU, VAT is excluded, as DUM KERAMIK is not required to report taxes for non-EU sales. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
→ Example: The price of 1 DUM VASE 13 is €190, inclusive of VAT for EU customers. For non-EU customers, the price remains €190, but local taxes or duties may apply upon delivery.
→ Local Levies, Taxes, and Duties:
Local import charges, such as customs duties and sales taxes, may apply depending on your region and local customs legislation. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change, but the price confirmed at checkout will be honored for all confirmed orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
DUM KERAMIK dispatches standard products within 5-7 business days. Items made to order may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at purchase. All orders are shipped via a reputable carrier to the address provided by the customer or a carrier-designated pick-up point.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery details. DUM KERAMIK is not liable for delays or additional fees arising from incorrect address information or refusal of delivery, and re-delivery requests may incur extra charges.
→ Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking indicates successful delivery but you have not received your package, please first reach out to the carrier for assistance. If the issue persists, contact us at studio@dumkeramik.com. Note that DUM KERAMIK is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the specified address.
5. Product Care
Each DUM KERAMIK ceramic piece is handmade, resulting in unique variations in color, size, and finish. To maintain product quality, please follow these care instructions:
→ Tableware: Dishwasher safe; however, to prolong lifespan, use a gentle cycle and avoid abrasive detergents. Avoid extreme temperature changes, as they may cause cracking.
→ Vases: Rinse with mild soap and water, avoiding harsh chemicals. For water-filled vases, empty and dry thoroughly after use to prevent stains.
Proper care ensures longevity. Failure to follow these guidelines may affect return or warranty eligibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the following return policy.
→ Return Eligibility:
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
→ How to Initiate a Return:
Contact studio@dumkeramik.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
→ Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as DUM KERAMIK is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
→ Inspection & Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
→ Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
7. Warranty & Claims
DUM KERAMIK offers a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects, excluding minor variations typical of handcrafted items. Claims for defects or damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos. Verified claims may qualify for replacement or refund.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Force Majeure
Unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or transportation issues, may affect delivery timelines. DUM KERAMIK is not liable for delays due to such events.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the DUM KERAMIK website, including but not limited to images, designs, logos, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of DUM KERAMIK AB and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.Additionally, all products sold by DUM KERAMIK are protected by intellectual property rights, encompassing designs, shapes, patterns, and craftsmanship. Customers are not granted rights to reproduce, alter, or distribute any product design or component. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property, whether website content or product design, will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
